If one knows the method, it is no mystery to build Dao Qi and Celestial Qi. This is the first practice that is taught in the foundational cultivation course. Only with sufficient Dao qi and Celestial Qi does one build a strong cultivation root for Haotian and Dao cultivation to be successful. Celestial qi is Qi of heaven specifically Jiu Tian or the nine heavens. Dao Qi is qi of the Dao or the heavenly Dao. It is only through building Celestial Qi that one can reach heaven and it is only through building Dao Qi can one reach the Dao. Dao Qi and Celestial Qi is extremely martial however it does not feel like heat or electricity. The qi that feels like heat and electricity are lower forms of qi such has yin chi and yang qi. Dao Qi is Qi of the Dao itself. In fact these postures contain the essence of neigong. One can attain all the levels of neigong through these postures (level 1 -level 72) Realize immortality through Dao qi.
