Make sure you completely relax and in the hand posture. While holding the posture gently breathe in and pull in your abdomen slightly, and breathe out and expand your abdomen slightly. This is known as reverse breathing.
Meditation no. 1:
Touch the thumbs to the top joint ‘pad’ (Not the tip!) of the middle finger. This hand posture connects you to the celestial realm of Yu Ching. Breathe gently and slowly.
